I have been Program and project manager for many projects across multiple industries; ICT projects, quality management uplift, workforce and cultural change, service and operating model design and review. Developing project management frameworks, providing project advice.

My natural style and value comes from working beside people and coaching and empowering people involved in my projects. My team members grow their skills and confidence which always contributes to overall success. Also a qualified trainer, I coach several PMO and project managers.
